How do I register as a new patient?
Can my whole family join together?
Yes, families are welcome. We’ll do our best to schedule your appointments close together so you can visit as a group.
Are you accepting NHS patients?
We see children up to the age of 18 as NHS patients.
I used to see one of your dentists on the NHS. Can I still see them privately?
Yes, many of our patients continue their care privately with the same dentist. Just let us know who you’d like to see.

Can I book a private appointment even if I have an NHS dentist?
Yes, you can see us privately for treatments even if you’re registered with an NHS practice elsewhere.
I need urgent dental care. Can you help?
Yes, we offer emergency appointments for private patients. Please call us and we’ll do our best to see you as soon as possible.
Do you offer advice-only appointments or consultations?
We’re happy to discuss your dental treatment options during a routine examination. For cosmetic services like Invisalign or facial aesthetics, consultations are available. If you’re unsure which type of appointment you need, our reception team will be happy to help.

What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a modern alternative to braces that uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten your teeth without the need for metal brackets or wires.
How long does Invisalign treatment take?
Most cases take between 6 and 18 months, depending on your individual needs.
Is Invisalign suitable for everyone?
A consultation is required to assess your suitability for treatment.
Can I eat and drink with Invisalign?
Aligners should be removed before eating or drinking anything other than water.
How much does Invisalign cost?
Costs start from £2,500. We’ll provide a full quote after your Invisalign consultation.
Facial Aesthetics
What facial aesthetic treatments do you offer?
We offer anti-wrinkle injections (e.g., Botox®), dermal fillers, lip enhancement, skin boosters (e.g., Profhilo®), and polynucleotides.
What qualifications do your practitioners have?
All our facial aesthetics practitioners are professionally registered with the GMC or GDC, have completed world-leading training courses, and use only medical-grade products to ensure the highest standards of patient care in a safe clinical environment.
Do the treatments hurt?
Most patients experience only mild discomfort. Some treatments may cause temporary redness or swelling.
How long do results last?
This depends on the treatment, but most results last between 3 and 12 months.
Do you offer consultations for facial aesthetics?
Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your goals and recommend suitable treatments.
